Units on the upper floors. The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from a central square. There were a supermarket and shopping centers around the hotel. The venue restaurant was excellent at the first floor.

Loved Bishkek, the hotel was modern and fully equipped next to restaurant. The room was soothing, brand-new with well-working air condition. The most important was the staff - affable and excellent people. The location of the property was central, near downtown and grocery store. Also, a central square was 1 mile away.

This hotel is a fantastic find in the heart of the city. The location is excellent, with cafes, restaurants, and even a shopping mall just minutes away. It's great to have such a convenient neighborhood to explore during my stay. The staff here go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I was particularly impressed with Nursultan, who made sure that everything was taken care of, from arranging transportation to being incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided, such as water, coffee/tea in the rooms, and a decent breakfast, added to the overall comfort of my stay. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated being able to enjoy views of the street from my window.

All was just fine and there's no need for improvement.
